contact bond and surface

Hello.
excuse the question that may seem trivial. I have to solve a university exercise. I have a piece table and a pile to insert on it. I cannot, however, carry out this passage because of some problems with constraints. using the information at my disposal I should first use a coincidence bond, then one contact. But I can't finish this. Can you help me? Thank you.

first it blocks (yet) the plate............ then you do not understand how you gave the contact, it must be between the bottom of the cylinder, practically where the thread (I think it is threaded) and the flat part of the perforated plate............... of course the coincidence is between cylinder and hole
