content center ?????

hi to all,I am a new user of the forum,I start using inventor 2010 and I can't understand how to activate the content center.
Does anyone know how to say "in poor words" what exactly is needed and how does it work?

I was doing the tutorials and at one point asks me to insert a detail that I should find in the cc....but my cc is empty.
if I do "open" and then click on content center files sends me to a r2010 folder that is empty.I have to download something somewhere?
in another window instead asks me to connect to a server and a host with a username and a password that I don't understand what they are....

then, where cc asks you to go look for the component to insert,it is,say so, a component generator.
the content center files is instead the folder where the components you entered are saved and normally does not fit into the workflow.
Clearly, if you haven't entered anything yet, that folder is empty.
then tell us:
1-what version you have,
2-Did you make a single user installation or what?
3-what command do you use to insert the component? you need to use the command "cc device"

p.s. passes from the appropriate section for presentations, and please, put that release you use if you want answers coincided, for this time you wrote it in your question, but then? ..so and better if you specify it in your profile. . .
