Good morning to all,
Today I have noticed that in the drafting shaft nx 10.0 under the drawing heading I find a "out of date" folder containing type folders: "custom symbols" and "tables", I appear with the question mark, I refreshed, and the green tick appeared, but what are they, what are they for?

nx in drafting environment allows you to insert symbols style autocad blocks and part list. the symbols inserted you can insert them disassociated from the original or associated. symbols are inserted in these folders, as a container for greater visibility from the designer. if the original symbol varies, you will be given the out of date you can update manually.
I personally my designs have the option of the link to the original and that they automatically update if the original changes, but it is a decision that is linked to what use you make symbols.
