I imported the file into solidworks at the opening gives me the warning: "coordinate missing plots" consequently fails to save the file directly in stl, so I saved it as part.

as I told you the files of this type are not convertible into surfaces or solids, you have to go through reverse.
the file you posted has several quality issues, many details are approximated and is not symmetrical compared to the lungitudinal plane.
so you will never get the real hull as it should be.
