conversion from 3ds to solids (type .sat) for inventor

Can someone help me convert the attached 3ds to solid bodies (.sat for example) to be able to use in inventor?

hello dandao thank you but unfortunately nothing.
I tried with two different inventors (12 and 13) and two different autocads (09 and 12) but nothing ... they block the software.

What can you do?

I try to send it to stp and slightly smaller, see if you can open it
However taking a look I saw that they are a myriad of surfaces, among other many also missing
I open it with rhino, and then saved
