convert cnc files to ibl or iges files

I wanted to know if someone knows if there is a recompiler of files from machine language to ibl or iges files to be able to import it in pro/e.
I'll explain.
I received a file with xyz coordinates is a control cap and I should import it in pro/e the file is written e.g. x100y100z100 pro/e so no law should be written e.g. 100 100 or in ibl or iges format.

some of you are if there is or you have to create a program with c++ or similar robes to read and recompile the program.

you have to import it as points , almost all cams have this option only that you have to write them in the suitable format type : 50,100,20 opp. 50 100 20 etc...
I usually fit it with excel or the old wordpad, of course then go only import points into space.

I correct myself ... if it matters them as 'points flying' you should also recreate the taasted surfaces .

I doubt, maybe I'm wrong, but the cloud of points can only work with rex module, transform it into facet feature.
on this you can model the surfaces, always with rex, and then get the solids.

So I have to see if I can make a postprocessor on the cam that creates a clean file from xyz......

the problem is that the file came to me from a customer, so from what I understood with excel you can edit even if the file contains more than 10000 points.

ok made attempt I cleaned the file and left only the odds with a space between one quota and another, I tried to import it in pro/engineer but it gives me error on a line, I went to check but of errors to the line there are not very likely it is too big the file and by mistake if I subdivide it in multiple files charging them.
then I did a test with rhinoceros (which I am not able to use it but for the cabbages I use it.
I took the file with the xyz I cleaned it with word removing the xyz and instead of the yz I put the , and I removed the spaces loaded in rhino saw all the cloud of points, then I exported it to iges and I loaded it in pro/e.... a little bit sluggish to work.
