convert double closed line with hold in a single polyline

I find myself having double lines that are very straightforward with a deduction inside and I would like to get some individual polylines. It is about getting the reverse process of what was obtained in the discussion that I link:

gp thanks for the interest cmq is a closed polylinea.
I practically exported an image from illustrator to dwg and each track consists of this closed polylinea with inside a dash. I would have the need to have only one polyline instead of the closed polylinea set (contorn) and restraint.

I'm sorry, but I don't think there's anything to do what you need.
curiosity, the traces have constant thickness? Are there only segments or even curved parts?

So you think you can't do anything??? even something that automatically doing an internal offset can return me one line?? ? or something that has to do with the restraint I don't know!! I try to suggest something here.

Of course! Here is the dwg... the file with the complete drawing is very heavy. for this reason it is necessary to have simple lines with adequate thickness instead of the restraints. .
