convert file dwg to dxf

I have a problem I made a table in dwg so I could read it on autocad.
I open it on autocad and all right you see.
now I want to turn it into dxf directly with autocad, the save in dxf 2000.
I reopen it and a window appears that warns me of the fact that I can only read the file without making changes in read-only.
Why?
I still open it and you can't even see it anymore.
Can't convert an inventor dwg file to a dxf then?

then when you opened it, even if in read only: you have to save it with a name different from the original.
then reopen the last file and you can edit it.
