convert from dwg 3d to stp or sat

as from discussion title I'm looking for an online converter to convert a dwg-3d file to stp or sat files, as long as it is possible to insert it into sw..
I am also willing to attach the file to make it convert from someone, helpful and kind..

I see in the profile that you go out acad 2014, you could do it with that software. if the dwg is more recent convert it to an older format via free dwg trueview utilities.
Anyway, if you can't, I can convert it to .sat.

I used.. now I only use sw and draftsight (which you can't compare at least to autocad )
