load the axieme, and import into the active part file all you need with the wave geometry linker.

I did so:
I created a new file without contents that I inserted in the axieme, I activated the file and I connected everything with wave geometry linker, so I deleted all files that make up the axieme, at that point all links stop and the resulting file is a group of broken links that no longer has any relationship with the original axieme.

without creating a new file you could have done it in the axieme itself.
One thing escapes me: why does parasolid export not work?

in parasolid works, but I do not solve the problem of the single solid body, in the sense that when I convert it back into prt all the multibody that make up the original axieme is generated.
I do not know if there is at this point some way to "solidify" at the time of conversion, boolean type or similar.
about creating the "white" file, it is true, you can do it directly inside the axieme with creates component.

symptom/problem
---------------
how can you flatten an assembly?

solution/workaround
-------------------
open the assembly and select --> file --> export --> part --> set part

specification to new --> specify part --> assign a name and location --> set

object selection scope to all objects --> select components --> set feature

parameters and expression transfer mode as needed --> ok.

Also the procedure proposed by "user nx" is very valid, in fact I think it is the most logical way, I tried and in fact create a prt, with only solids disconnected from the assieme father.
