convert to spline

I have a sketch formed by lines and arches and I would like to turn it into spline to be able to use the function "repetition guided to the curve"....... is it possible to convert the sketch?

you don't need a spline. she you have a sketch consisting of strings and lines just select it by not clicking the entities but from the feature manager, so the sketch is selected everything.
If you just need a part of the sketch... I can't think of anything else except to get a new one back by converting part of the entities below

to select only some elements of a sketch you can use the multi-selection in selection manager.
to "transform" a sketch of multiple entities in a spline you must use the command of "optimise the spline".
