converts together into sheet metal.

Good morning.
I had a file step (500 parts most sheet) of a generator from a customer.
I was wondering if there is a quick way to convert everything to sheet metal, so that we have developments to make a price.

a "fast" method caught, but functional would be this:
1. go to the folder where you have your active project templates
2. temporarily rename the standard.ipt file in standard_temp.ipt
3. rename the sheet.ipt file in standard.ipt
4. open the stp file
5. now all, but just all the details that compose it will be in sheet metal, also the screws in case
6. Save
7. return to template folder and place names as before then standard.ipt back to sheet.ipt and standard_temp.ipt back to be standard.ipt

I tried and I have all the files in sheet.
But it doesn't help me much because my boss wants the size of the flat plate.
but maybe I'm asking too much from the software.

open the sheet metal file, create the flat model and have the size of the flat sheet

... setting first in "default sheet values" of each part, the same thickness of the part itself, otherwise it will not be able to make the flat model.
