coordinate table and rays

I would like to create a lisp that inserts in the initial points of a profile made of lines and bows a text p1, p2, p3...........and in the direction of the arc r1, r2, r3.......

and at the same time I fill in the coordinates and rays table of course in relation to the active coordinate system.

all the objects in it must be ignored, while the external profile must be moved to a new layer called f001

Who can help me with some advice?

how do you want to do this? select objects in sequence or with a window or how?

how do you want to do this? select objects in sequence or with a window or how?

the ideal would be with a window, but I think that selecting the items in sequence is simpler, and even better would be able to export the table in a .txt
