copy ilogic rules to existing files

I have developed several rules of ilogic in my templates both idw and ipt.
now I would like to apply these rules even in existing files (about 5000!!! ! )
as well as those that I will create using templates.
Is there any method to do this in batch mode?

I have the same problem, too. I have no idea how to copy ilogic rules, except to write them every time.
Does anyone have a solution? I have seen that no one has intervened in years.

the best solution is to create external rules (saving files in folder) and then by calling the command through key creation or directly from the browser or automatically depending on the action you have to perform

command example recalled by browser:
example of menu commands
or automatically via event trigger
in my opinion the solution to copy inside files is problematic, if then you have to make changes? ....

Thank you, you went far beyond the things I know to do, but the external rules I managed to create them. for now I will work with the event trigger that I will have to set up on each old file. in templates the trigger is already set. Thank you.
