copy objects along a trajectory

hi to all I wanted to know if with autocad 2010 you can copy an object in multiple mode along a trajectory, like the series but along a line oppura a curve.

hi to all I wanted to know if with autocad 2010 you can copy an object in multiple mode along a trajectory, like the series but along a line oppura a curve.

to copy an object along a trajectory at regular intervals use the divid command (divid).
if your object is a block with the origin 0.0.0 in correspondence of the attack on the curve or segment, you can use _divide / block.
view the nodes (derived by the divide) by changing the display (pdmode=34) and so you can realize where the "nodes" created by the divide command (obviously only constant spacing).
For example I find it very comfortable to distribute the magic of a chain along a spline.

measure to set the step
divide to set the number of divisions
