is it possible to copy the properties of one object and paste them on another?

if by property you mean iproperties then you have to use design assistant if you mean model creation parameters, then I don't know.

then you can make an ipart of the spring, all sizes are handled by a table. each row of the table corresponds to a spring and you can add as many as you want. then you generate files (dx mouse on the part that interests you, in the tree) and create the (derived) part that you use in your assemblies.
I don't know if that's what you were looking for.
