hi to all I wanted to ask you something, with inventor and possible copy a part carrying behind the constraints that it has in conjunction, and leaning them to other geometry???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????............................... .

Thank you very much

Yes, when you copy the components you carry by default the relative constraints.

simply select the pieces I have to copy and insert them either in the same set or in another set, control c and control v.
one thing that seems necessary, but I should check, is that it only works if the copied components are still present in the file, in the sense that if you copy and delete the components before copying them, or close the source file, then the components can copy them but are not bound together.
I'm a little running and I can't try.

it does it from 2015 on, so it depends on the version you have of inventor

Well, now I don't have a chance to try, but I'm pretty sure.
I certainly did not do it as now with controlc and controlv but with the copy that there is together with series and mirror in the " series " bar, reusing all the components and inserting them into the current set.

... forgive me I don't follow you ... I happen to use the 12 sometimes on an old pc... and I miss the copy with the constraints!

but... for example a bolt mounted does not copy it:(
Hi, I have your own problem, unfortunately. Could you use the command? I cover the part, but after I can't place it by exploiting the constraints.. .

if I have to copy a series of parts related to each other (better to say bound by each other) from a set b or even in the same together the thing works and speeds (e.g. a plate with screws, washers and dice already fixed or in case you go to copy a zipper..) the copy command besides copying all the parts also copy the relative bond relationships they have.
but when I try to copy a single part or more parts not bound together by a set b? It doesn't work. .
I have to apply type 6 safety tags to 18 axioms of different name but that are the exact copy of each other and therefore all references of the constraints would be the same. How would you do that? is there the same constraints for all 18 assemblies? 3 x every part x 6 x 18... I'm not done anymore.

It often happens to insert a part in the same together several times, and not at a constant or regular distance for which the serial command is convenient, often happens to insert the same part several times and not have to bind it in a series. the copy with constraints serves precisely this sin there is something like in inventor:
(beyond the link brings the es to constant dist you could apply it even if the holes were one here and one there.. )
