corruped acad.cui files in autocade 2009

Good morning, I ask for urgent help,
autocad use 2009 and today launching it from the desktop no longer opens the customizations above the design with layer , handles of solids etc.., neither allows me to use the right button if pointed on the design, they disappeared beyond all the areas of work and I no longer have the possibility to recover them, reading various hypotheses could be that the acad.cui files are damaged, as loading just those does not open them and improve. . .
What do you recommend?
