count selected objects by distinguishing them by layer

I have a question to ask you: is there any utility or lisp that accounts for the objects of a certain layer on, distinguishing in the reporting phase the number per layer and the type? !

example:
I keep 3 types of layers on and off the rest of the drawing, select the objects of these 3 layers, click list and report tells me:

n° 125 layers a
No. 735 layers b
n° 256 layer c

There is a procedure that allows me to do this with the blocks...but in my case I can not use blocks. .

Great. lol is the command for me! a small thing...Is the report of the number of all the layers present in the design...is there a possibility to select only the 3 or 4 layers that I need and count only those? ! ?

p.s. two blocks on the same layer are counted as two objects on "quel layer", regardless of where the objects are placed.
