hello to all, I do not begin with "I have a simple question to do" because it is not so! I am using solidworks 2010 to make a simulation of a three-stage gearbox system with plastic toothed wheels. the objective is to realize a working prototype indi for which maximum precision in modeling is necessary. I realized the axieme composed of the toothed wheels that move a screw mechanism. I need to get the system's performance, the stress, and the forces at stake. I'm sneaking on the simulation part but after defining constraints material connections and
force, launch the program and give me a mistake

If you're a singular matrix, it means something goes to zero and something infinite. probably lacks some strength or strong torque to balance the system. control all constraints. to find yields and everything is quite empirical though if you put all friction you will be able to have a good estimate of power losses
