create 4.0 - bad resolution stl

good-bye, advance that I am a beginner and that I use cad only for private and not professional purposes. I just downloaded the trial version of creo 4.0 (as the old wildfire 3.0 on the new pc did not turn anymore) and after the amazingly for the amount of changes (ok, it's been over 10 years) I started to find myself. I designed a simple model that I then converted to stl file to print it. with my surprise during the rescue did not ask me the usual parameters for conversion but with my horror the quality of the resolution of the model really leaves to be desired. I then found that in imports I could immettre value rope and angle but with all combinations the result is always poor.
I then modeled a sphere and did not export it to stl but already in prt the resolution is faceted. So maybe it's not a simple export problem (although actually the first model, not the sphere, seemed perfect).
I've lost all day and I haven't solved the problem yet. Thank you very much to those who know and want to help me.
Hi.

I don't know if anyone read it, but I solved it. Thanks to everyone anyway.

Hi.
Could you explain, for who will come across this page with your same problem, how did you solve it?
Thank you.

Sure. It's so stupid I'm ashamed of it. I forgot to cruise "customize export" in phase of export.

ah well, so you have a low resolution, but quiet, I also fell and I think many others.

No, not stupid at all. previous versions of creo4 always showed you the options screen.
This is the first time I see the optional "choice". . .

However if in the config.prointf3d_out_configure_export yesshould always let you pass through export options, opening the appropriate window
