create a default sheet for table placing

Hello, everyone.
use inventor 2015.
I can't figure out how to set sheet size and default cartilage for table setting. I would like to insert a default setting so that I have the sheet already set every time I create a new design for the table setting of my project. Can someone give me advice?

(I attach the default format that I find myself whenever I open a new design and want to change)

do your format as you want it to be and save it as a template in the template folder.
