Hello everyone!
Today I have had to insert a single-handed cut with the "series" command and, for working convenience needs, I had to indicate in the table the number of sunshades with the relative step.
to do this I used the "text" command of inventor in the putting into the table and I appeared the dialog box "format text".
I simply wanted to insert the two model parameters corresponding to the number of rows and columns and multiply them between them to get the total number of sunshades.
But it was not possible to me, because whatever syntax I used, I could not create the mathematical formula.
I tried with "=<xx*xx>" then with "(xx*xx) and away, but I did not get the desired formula, only a simple text.
In essence, I would like to be able to create a mathematical equation similar to those that can be created in the parametric quotas of the model and in the various commands of solid modeling.
You know if you can do that? because looking on google I found nothing about it.
thank you all!</xx*xx>
