create new tangent line command

Hello.
as from title they are to demand the vs help for creating an unknown command to autocad.

the command to create consists of a line that starts tangent to a radius to which I can give length and angle of inclination...it is a very used command in the previous cad thinkdesign and now that we have passed to autocad we are without it..for now we use filling solutions that make it waste a lot of time!

practically must become as the command line of tangent constructions. I want one to create a single line and not a construction.

I also come from thinkdesign and that command was very convenient. in autocad and machanical does not exist. we solved using the command "line", then activating snap tangent positions you on a dial so take the point on the axis as reference then make the line with the length and angle you want. I hope I made it clear... I did it once.

I hope I understand your request well, I wrote the attached tc command.
upload it with appload.
requires:
- circle selection (or arch)
- length line
- angle of perpendicular to the tangent

inputs can be entered by keyboard or graphic input.
to reverse line direction: click left or send to accept that proposal.

I extracted the zip and tried to load the command as from instructions but it does not work me. I must first insert the .fas file into some particular folder where then the appload command will go fishing?

if it can be useful to others...I did nothing but merge and automate various autocad mechanical commands.. .the result is appreciable even if it is not at thinkdesign levels.
