create new view of plant in all stages

Bye to all,
I created a new level (with the command level of the architecture card) in a prospect of the existing phase, the view of the plant is automatically generated in plants of the floors and in plants of the countertops of the same phase while in the phase of the project is visible only the level created in the prospectus but in the plants there is no trace of the new view. is it possible to create the view of the plant corresponding to the new level also for the phase of the project state? in other words is it possible to create from the tracking of one level the plants associated with it for all phases present in the project?

This option does not exist. Maybe you can write a program to do it.
