create polyline from explosive rectangles

Good morning, I am a new user and I greet everyone.

are looking for a lisp, if it exists, that recognize all the rectangles exploded in lines present in a design and turn them into polylinee.
the rectangles are many, being an aerophotogrammetric.

I would use a healthy _ mpedit ... selecting all the lines to the window and then choosing the "join" option (join).
