create some particular walls (non parallel threads)

I tell you briefly my problem: I must return the relief of a farm of 1700. the problem is as follows: being the walls made with the stone, and without any bubble, in the plant the outer and internal threads are not parallel, so the wall is not constant. Is there a way to make walls with non-parallel wires? if there is need for clarification I can post a small shot of the plant made in autocad.
Is there a way to realize the doors and windows with the "boxes" at the top? I'll explain better: the windows are "crazy" in the wall, and the top end with a curved area. in case even here place some photos to clarify better.

In such cases I solved it mainly using place modeling. also for the realization of the windows or to complete the wall where the window fits. I am not so convinced that the creation of a family solves the problem even because if you have "particular" walls it is difficult that the window fits everyone. I finally started designing e...sto drawing the cascina. I tried to work with families but it's a bit complicated because I have a thousand different walls, and... I couldn't understand much. I chose to make the walls creating the "in-place" model, selecting as a starting category a wall. I realized the profiles and then I extruded them with the correct height and.. it would seem ok! the only problem is that I can not insert the stratigraphy (the various layers that make up the wall) because it keeps me all the block as a single material. is there a way to "enter" the layers or using the in-place model not possible? If it is so, that is, it is not possible to associate everything, I am trying to understand the way to "cut" the wall over the roof. I cannot change the side profile of the wall because my extrusion started from the profile in the plant; Can it be an idea to create a "void blend" and remove the excess wall?
