created 5 tabs format..

So... I found a file format a4 that makes me damn.. .I can't and I don't understand how to have vertical quotas with vertical text parallel to the quota line....me automatically puts them with horizontal text....and of course it is very uncomfortable to indicate threads and more...

How to do that?

does not center anything on the format, these are options commanded in the standard design configuration file, the famous config.dtl that besides the orientation of the texts has many other options, (fonts, heights, styles, etc.).

If you are using creo (I think you have understood), you have to go open the fil config.dtl in :file/prepara/property drawing, then open the Details and look for the key:
default_lindim_text_orientation that in default (ansi) is set on horizzontal, set on :
parallel_to_and_above_leader (parallel and above the guide line) you can also set it parallel but under the guideline.
Obviously you should then save this setting so that at the next opening it maintains the configuration otherwise it only applies to that format. . .

I have another problem now... they have changed my pc...and despite correctly linking all the config etc. the hp plotter cabbage does not want to know how to print the designs in white and black monochrome but continues to print the quotas in yellow.... .

I've been cuffing for hours but I can't find the solution.

in the properties printing of the plotter there must be the black and white option, as in all the printers of the world.
in any case you should customize the pentable.pnt file that manages the output entities to print.
