created a custom part. x frame generator

Good morning to all,
I've been trying to create a library for days to use it with the chassis generator, and for a simple component I have no problem, but my purpose is another: to create a tubular with the ends crushed on the side and then insert it into the frame.
In the end I need to change only the length of the tubular extrusion, while the crushed funds I want to remain at the same distance.
I'm looking at evidence, but I'm getting the doubt that something like this isn't feasible to do.
Can someone light me on this?
I leave the detail attached to give an idea. (the part marked in red is the one that should not change)

Buongiorno, ho provato a creare 5 nuovi profili da inserire con "inserisci telaio" 3 funzionano e 2 no ... Mi è stato mandato lo step dei 5 profili , dallo step ho creato lo schizzo , ho creato ipt , l'ho importato. Non capisco cosa cambi nei 2 che non vanno.... Esiste una guida che spieghi per...
