created compiled fields in a cartiglio

I use cad 3d and I know to use them pretty well.... but with autocad 2016 banally I can't do one thing. .
I was asked to create a cartilage with different voices... .
when the user presses on a voice opens the editing to change the text, then pressing tab moves on the second voice... and so on to all the voices of the cartiglio.
only one voice must take the name of the file.
I've been looking around, but it's not within my reach, in the sense that I have to study on it. .
I was wondering if there is a stationary ready with these functions to be changed. . .

Bye. more banally you take your cartilage and with deffatt you create how much you ask when you specify attributes in one you can untie the file name, the cartilage will become a block at this point. If you need me, send me the paperwork file and see if I have time to do it. I'm just asking you not to ask me today for tomorrow.

in the photo there are indications:
highlighted in yellow the voices that must be editable.
with arrows I indicated how I would like them to be editable.

nothing transcendental, you just need to spray the help online and make some evidence.
You can also use the cad well enough, I don't see where the problem is.

search for blocks with attributes and you will be unveiled the ark.

Unfortunately I don't have the cad and I can't do the tests you say, but when I return to the office(other) I try immediately.
It's not that you could give me more details so you could be more prepared, sorry but cad 2d I can use it right at school level. . . .
