created Custom Menus in Autocade

Nice to meet you all.
I have a big problem in my workplace, the boy I replaced, was a programming genius (painting widespread in my office).
has created fantastic and very useful menus and now since I replaced it ask me to implement them and edit them........ but I am totally unprepared in this topic.
I ask you if you can address me on some good manual or if to recommend some good course to follow, or if someone is proposed as a private teacher......
