creates part / set automatically from table

Good morning to all,
I am designing a series of transport carpets that are always equal to each other, change only in size, relationships between parts, size etc. remains unchanged, if not in some specifications (e.g. a certain size some tubular instead of single are welded )
I would like to succeed through tables or anything else to create the parts / together once and for all, then use it as a basis and each time update only the parameters and let the construction/modification to the software.
question: do you know what is the best way and techniques to achieve my intent? I don't want to have to start again several times before we go in and I need a routing.
ps: solidworks 2017.... parts include welded profiles and sheets to develop

first caught with configurations, you must have clear what is changed and how (dimensions, repetitions, bodies you and bodies no...) then you can make a strategy.

the excel file from which to start is practically already done, more than anything I find in difficulty in binding the parameters to an external table.
I can easily use the data tables in sw but for what I have in mind I should do something a little different, I would like to compile (for convenience and xè who does not use sw) the table externally and connect it to the parameters.... and maybe when I open the part it adapts to the new data.... you know if it is possible?
or do I have to fill out the table with formulas and all internally and do everything from there? ?

Hello everyone
I am having some problem to complete the whole, practically I have my beol excell configuration file, from which I would like to take the values to build the various parts and assembling, but it seems that you can not take the value of a single cell but there the colleague is only for the configurations, that is if I choose a cell I take it as a row of values.... you know if you can give a precise quota a unique value (and that can change) of a single cell in an already complex sheet?
