creating library functions

Good morning to all,
actively return to this forum after years of inuse.
already, because I returned after years of fasting to design with the 3d.

today I find myself to remain the software (I like it) but for different purposes (I was passed by "simple" sheets for photovoltaic structures to sheet for electronic components).

My problem is as follows: I am creating library functions so as to speed up work but I can't create them properly. In particular I am trying to build a function to create cooling fins for air passage.
I know that there is already a default function, but my garments do not like and want to create the fins not with the mold, but cutting and bending (I attach image).

the function however is created by extruded cut, then tilted plane and extrusion from this plane itself. I don't like it because it doesn't allow me to do the "distendi lamiere" for development.

I then went to make on lamiero a sketch to perform the cut, then flange edge, then cut (to give the desired shape) and tab (always to reach the desired shape).
here is where the problem arises; I want to save the library function but do not "accept" the flange edge, as if the software did not understand the reference of the flange edge function.

Could someone from the forum give me advice on how I could proceed?

Have you tried instead of using the flange edge use "sketch strip? "
I don't know if it works, but try it.
I think the function should be:
- a sketch also wide 0.01 that frees the fold radius
- a cutting function, linked to the thickness that cuts with the sketch liberating the fold
- a crease function, properly bound to the cutting sketch

What do you want more the real model, or dxf for development?
because I don't think you'll get both in one shot, at least not to use two configurations, one for the model and one for the dxf.

Try to see if the attached piece can fix anything.
do with a funnel the fins, in a configuration, (and these do not lie in flat repetition) in the second suspends, and perhaps with a fution of library make the cut for development.

In fact, that proposal is a nice solution.
I am interested mainly for the dxf for sheet cutting, but thanks to this system you can also have the model (which at the end anyway I am going to use it only as representation).

However, it remains the fact that you cannot save a function in the library of "flangia del bor" or "piegatura di schizzo".
