creation copies of frames, trees, design gears accelerator

if you have to create a very similar set to one that you have already created with one of the generators under "design", type "frame", "shaft", "engineering", and you want to exploit the existing one creating a copy to change without losing the original, how do you do?
It is not so trivial as a question because the components created so they always have a structure together-parts, even if it is a simple tree, bound together and the design functions accelerator.
If you do, for example, copy of an abc.iam tree containing abc.ipt, I can use "save and replace component" to rename the axieme in abc2.iam, but it does not allow me to do so of the ipt, as if it were "protected". in the case of a frame is even more complex the matter, it must somehow rename the axieme, the skeleton and the components... what method do you adopt?

I use the design assistant, it's not an instant thing, but the relationships are kept in the copied elements such and which as they are in the original elements, I feel good. .

the design assistant should be the fastest solution, if the components are many the fast term is used quite improperly. ..... but faster than using the vault (if you use it) or rename them by hand

if the components are ten, I usually solve with a pack&go and rename directly the files and reassociated them at the opening of the axieme, but only because the design assistant often gives me problems on one of the workstations

How do you do, first "copy" to make a copy with new name, then "replace" to replace the new to the old?

click dx in the "action, choose copy for the files you want, then or folder changes in the "subfold" column or name changes in the "name" folder or better you first create a subfolder and then from the "name" column, change name and folder
