creation fringes

Good evening, everyone!
being a novice of revit I have difficulty in understanding how to make fringe walls.
I tried to search on the internet, between manuals and training exercises but nothing, after many tricks I surrendered!:frown:
Would some pious soul give me some tips?

from the simplest ones (e.g.: brick walls with the presence of cruciform holes) proceeded with:
- from project (in place): in the full wall a hole (or a series) is shaped, later repeated on the whole wall
or
- modeling a family of blanks (shape) on a wall host, with management parameters.

in the case of complex walls, such as those formed by crosshairs in row (Vvv) interspersed by a horizontal row, it is appropriate to model a solid (chain walls) of the reason, to be managed as a matrix
