creation hole in patran

I press that I am new on the use of patran. I just started. I have a plate and I want to make a hole. for the moment I only created the square surface and provided to make the 2d circle to generate the circle. Now I don't want to do anything but hole. How can I do that? what function can I use? Thank you for who will help me.

Maybe you were looking for and you wanted everything already beautiful and ready: that's why you didn't googlato before.
this is my personal opinion; in fact I looked on youtube and I took about 30 seconds to find what you needed!

What does that have to do with it? every question probably has an answer on the internet on one of the billion billions of sites that are there. the forum would be called: found on google and find everything. if one is on a forum and write a question and an experienced user is able to give you a hand because he has already faced and solved the problem should answer. the truth is that people are bothered to return and/or do not want to answer. here are very competent people from whom we could all learn a lot.
and if they do not answer your questions in 24h, perhaps, it is because they have other to do!
