creation nozzle punch on sheet

good morning, I have to realize a ifeature with punzone characteristics, of a nozzle with variable quotas, I arrived at the end of the modeling with all the parameters, but at the time when I go to extract the ifeature it obliges me to insert n°2 references while on the ifeatures of the program I find only one and that is how I would like to create it.
I insert image to make the idea.
In essence, I would just like you to ask me the point of insertion, but instead it also obliges me the plan of sketch of the revolution, how can the request be inhibited?
