thanks falonef, I already have a cartiglio in .catdrawing (i.e. the cartilages so far in use), has been modified the cartiglio in dwg/dxf that will have to replace the style of the cartiglio of the existing files in catdrawing. But I can't import it. . .pesca of cartilages with other extensions in instruments/options/mechanical design/drafting => directory per squares cartiglio. by cv5 you mean catia v5 right?

ciao @stefano82open your dxf/dwg
select your elements. - ctrl+c
go to the background sheet of your catdrawing and --> ctrl+v
and you will have to move it to the desired position.
this is the fast procedure

the correct procedure is to create a file.catalogue so to every modification of the cartiglio it is sufficient to modify only what is in your file.catalogue and all your drawings (even those previously made) are updated to the latest version of the cartiglio

Maybe that dwg/dxf is a block?
did you try to explode it in individual entities before copying it?
