creation of an insole

Hello, everyone! !

I should put an insole in my design but I can't find the command
I did some research on the internet but I didn't solve much...I would have to open the palette of design tools but either I don't find it or I don't understand what it is! I opened them all but didn't come out what I need:frown:

use autocad 2014

p.s. could be the first of many discussions, I am preparing for an examination and I think they will jump out many doubts.. I didn't think I was so unprepared for cad 3d:frown:
