creation pdf3d crash

good morning to all, I have the version sw2018, when I try to make the conversion of a set in pdf3d I crash the program. Have you ever happened? Is there a macro that could solve this problem? Thank you.

Never happened, try to lower the quality to a minimum.

I never solved I tried to install and reinstall but nothing. I think it's a problem between windows and sw.

hello, to mè, swx2016, does not crash always, but if it does not freeze, gives this error"a 3d data analysis error occurred"both for assembly and for simple part ..

Any suggestions or advice?

other ways to get 3d from sharare to customer/supplier? (excluding edrawing & co that force you to install uncommon dedicated software)

it happened to me too and often the pdf3d did not charge or you could not see anything or acrobat crashed

I solved by flying the parasolid of the part/assieme, I opened it to the flight without saving on hd and exported in pdf3d

from the parasolid then it was perfect

is a break but to share it was the only way

I tried but I get the same mistake...

tried also on pc colleague, both as joint sw, part, parasolid, .. same final error "a 3d data analysis error occurred"Perhaps I misunderstood, "I opened it to the flight without saving on hd" you mean that after exhortation in parasolid, then you opened the parasolid and then you immediately passed to the export in pdf3d without being to save the parasolid just opened in disk c:\, right?

as an alternative I stand trying to install a free cad3d only to create the pdf 3d ...

... and then they ask me "but why don't you update sw?"
