creation single parts in step from structures in structural elements

Good morning to all
I ask you if you have ever had to save all the parts that make up a structure designed with structural elements in step to send them to the cutting machine.... .
so far after drawing everything, hid the components and one at a time saved it in step.....

question: "Can I do it automatically with solidworks? all at once? "

apart that you do not need to do this because you just select a body from the distinct cut and do insert into the new part, unless there is a macro made on purpose you can not automatically extrapolate the steps or at least no it is possible to save it as a step creating a file for body.
what you can do is right button on the separate cut and save bodies; you are created a set with all bodies as a side file. to that qunto save as step.

I have a cable. exporting a set in step always gets a unique file.
so the only way I know is to save every single body in step
