I write, hoping to have corrected the subforum (otherwise move me) to collect suggestions and experiences regarding crm.
the idea and the need would be to manage the dissemination and updating of the various information relating to the orders with the persons concerned, daily in the office it is necessary to communicate to the technicians of reference that:
- the customer xxx has changed the color of the machine committed zzz
- the yyy customer asked to suspend the structure of the vvv contract
...
to communicate to the administration of
- prepare qqq transport bubble
- send eee invoice
...
all this in a transparent and clear way to all in order to avoid not forgetting any operation or to avoid doing it in more people.
from what I've seen, the crm serves that and other, I would like to know which to choose between the many vtiger, zoho, zurmo, ...
