cross-cutting lines for partial references and text

I have the problem that inventor professional 2013 does not cut out the lines of the section if I insert a reference number on the table with the cartiglio I had created already from the 2008 version and then updated to the later versions until the current one, while if I use the one that is understood by default when you install inventor the thing is right. see image
Does it happen to you? Do you have any advice on this?
