current regulations for drafting ace

Good morning to all,
It's been a while since I've been in the forum and I haven't dealt with energy certifications. I would like to know if in the current state to draft the certificate of energy certification for an apartment (existing building) the legislation to which reference is always the dlgs 192/05 modified with dlgs 311/06, d.m 26 June 2009 (national guidelines) and a ts 11300 part 1 and 2 or if something has changed. I would also like to know if the docet is a valid calculation tool.

excluding regions which have deliberated with their own specific legislation and software (if not, the country is not among them), the situation is as follows:
- the rules have been updated with Part 4
- the sw to use must be among those validated by the cti.

I thank you for the answer, however, for the apartment in question no renewable energy sources are used so I do not have to take into account the uni ts 11300 part iv, right?
I would also like to ask another question: are installed air conditioners, whose sum of powers does not exceed 15 kw, do I have to take into account in the drafting of ace?

2) Do you mean that there are air conditioners (heat pump) as well as a traditional generator?
It is not a matter of power, but depends on the sw you use.
In general, the existing ones on the market do not allow the insertion of multiple generators.

in the apartment in question there is not a traditional generator but only air conditioners (heat pipe) in different rooms for a total of 4 whose sum of the powers is less than 15 kw.
