cursor disappearing

Good morning to all, I've changed my job recently and noticed something strange.
I start working and it's all right, after a while the cursor from the classic white arrow becomes the blue wheel that turns like it's loading, other bad thing when I open the property window or that of the manipulator as soon as I start writing disappears the cursor and I am forced to press esc and exit the window.
