curved wall on external fence

I have to create a wall for external fence of curved shape placed between two columns. the muretto must have two heights (one in departure and one in arrival). Where do I have to intervene to create two heights in the curved wall?

I think you could create a solid with route extrusion (which would be the curve), so as to draw the starting profile and the arrival profile giving it exact heights.

if the slope between the starting and arrival quota is constant, after drawing the curved wall, move to a view of prospectus/section and draw a plan (create work plan) that "passes" for the two quotas. subsequently "connect" the upper part of the wall to the new plot.
if instead the slope is not constant (in the annex seems a curve upwards) besides the solution of bagiolino, can use a solid subtraction from the "normal world"
