custom profile creation for frame generator

Obviously learning to create profiles for fg is not how to learn to ride bikes that you don't forget it anymore.
at least for me....:redface:

I did a .ipt with my profile, extruded it a few mm and published it: successful publication.
in fact I find it on the cc. but disconnect the generator that profile is not there.not only, if I try to insert with the cc inserts the profile but with non-parametric length, but with the extrusion length given to the creation of the part.
What am I missing? It seems to me that nothing changes.
on the online guide among the many things I find this:

But honestly, I don't know what it's like to say with parts to create.

I managed to create my profile,( indeed my profiles) and fg fits them correctly.
But it doesn't work.
in distinct components (column quantity) gives the value of the sum of the lengths of the various components of the same type but does not give the length value of each component, neither using "basic quality" nor "quantity elements" tells me the written "vary" in the yellow field. . .seems can not hook the g_l parameter on these columns.
Why?
