customization bar menu edited in autocad 2009

Hello everyone
expanding the edit menu bar we find the editspline button
do you know if you can bring that button always visible instead of someone else I rarely use?

then go to the groups multifunction bar. and there in inheritance-2d, where you can then choose where to place the button.
