customization of cutting plates

Good day to all
When I use the structural members, I have made sure that in the cutting distinct information such as, type of profile, size, and length, I have also created profiles that I use as plates, oviously flat, so as to have in the distinct both thickness and size (e.g. sheet 5 250x350).
But when I have to use the sheet command to have developments I lose this automatism, I have to enter every time in the separate cut and add the information I need.
How can I tie the sheet command extensions to my separate cut?

in that version I do not remember if it is present, but in the properties of the document there is the welding card.
in this tab you can customize the description of the sheets; Connecting variables as width and spsssor is another pair of sleeves

as in the image attached

for informational purposes; I found some of the items compiled automatically within a couple of library files (dll) that I ovvaiously did not dream of modifying
