how do you create a custom cartiglio that appears as a default cartiglio every time I decide to put on the table?

I set the default.idw template file with all the drawing resources I use (first browser folder). to create a folder, or edge, or sketch symbol to your use dx key on the relative folder. the location of the template files may vary if you want, find it/imposed in tool>options application>file. default files are then used as models.

My advice:
create a "templates" project and save it in the directory where you have your template files, normally it's in :
c:\programs\autodesk\inventor 2011 (or other release)\templates\
You'll be more comfortable accessing later, because doing a custom cartilage isn't a five-minute thing.
-make a copy of "standard.idw" that will then be your custom template
- in the browser, right click on iso,
-shegli "change the definition"
- It opens the sketch in which the cartouche is built.
now you can change the cartiglio, add or remove fields etc..
try and then if you have problems, ask

I have this other problem now. ...as I am very fond of my old autocad cartilage...can't I continue to use them also on inventor? . .or how do I create a "compilable" cartouche like those of autocad? ! Thank you.

The graphic aspect.Always, there is no logo made of images like .bmp or similar, in this case the thing is a little more complex.

by compileable I imagine you mean with predefined fields where to write n°parte, n° design, materials, scale and who more has more to put it?
in this case if you expand in knot of the name of your cartiglio (iso in the template
standard.idw) you have a voice called "field text".
If you click on it, a window opens with various "compilable" properties.
should be seen if you are okay or if they are to be modified/add/eliminate.
